About the Product
Varaduz honey, which mostly comes from “Varaduz” flower, has as its main characteristic its creaminess and WHITE color . It is endemic to the highlands of the states of , Jalisco, Zacatecas and Aguascalientes, which is highly appreciated for its similarity to the Mezquite White Honey found in those same areas. This honey is harvested mainly in the months of August and September months.

ORGANOLEPTIC DESCRIPTION
This honey is looking for its place among the creamy honeys. Thanks to its F/G ratio (approx. 1.10) it has a very fast crystallization and is characterized by having a fine grain giving a texture in the form of cream or butter that is very pleasant for the palate.
