About the Product
The Olin or Guazuma ulmifolia is a deciduous shrub native to tropical America and extends from Mexico to South America.
The harvest regions are concentrated in the Huasteca Potosina, Huasteca Hidalguense, Huasteca Veracruzana and Huasteca de Tamaulipas. The harvest of this type of honey takes place in the months of february and march each year.
