About the Product

Azhar honey is a type of honey endemic to two main areas in the country: The Mexican Altiplano (which includes the states of Zacatecas, San Luis Potosi, Aguascalientes and Jalisco mainly) and part of the Gulf of Mexico area, comprised of the states of Puebla and Veracruz mainly. The harvest of this type of honey takes place in the months of February and March each year.
