About the Product

Aceitilla honey, which comes from Aceitilla flower, has as its main characteristic its creaminess and yellowish tones. This honey is endemic to the highlands of the states of San Luis Potosí, Jalisco, Zacatecas and Aguascalientes.

Is highly appreciated for its similarity to the Creamy Honey found in those same areas. This honey is harvested mainly in the months of August, September and October.

ORGANOLEPTIC DESCRIPTION

This honey is looking for its place among the creamy honeys. Thanks to its F / G ratio (approx. 1.10) it has a very fast crystallization and is characterized by having a fine grain giving a texture in the form of cream or butter that is very pleasant for the palate.
