About the Product

Creamy or Butter honey is a type of honey endemic to the highlands and Gulf coast of Mexico in states such as Puebla, Veracruz, San Luis Potosí and Aguascalientes .

The harvest takes place in autumn in the months of August, September and October and is the product of the bees of different blooms such as: White Mozote , Yellow Mozote, Acahual and Campanita.

ORGANOLEPTIC DESCRIPTION

Thanks to its F / G ratio (fructose / glucose) it has a very fast crystallization and is characterized by a fine grain that gives a texture in the form of cream or butter very pleasant to the palate.
